RUGBY NEWS: London Scottish Ready For Rotherham
London Scottish are ready to kick off the 2012/13 season at home to Rotherham Titans this Sunday. Despite being a repeat of the opening fixture for the 2011/12 season, there will be many new faces on the pitch for both sides.
After two wins from their three pre-season games, including a 29-14 win over rivals Richmond FC, London Scottish head into this game full of confidence. However, they will not be underestimating the challenge Rotherham will pose.
Director of Rugby Simon Amor: “We know we need to step up our performance a few notches against what is a very good Rotherham side. We have a huge amount of respect for them and their coach Andre Bester and they’ve had a fantastic pre-season.
If we are to beat them, we must match them for intensity, physicality and work ethic.”
