The clips they showed of his training regime and the work he puts in behind the scenes is probably more impressive than the end result.

Truly incredible athlete and man who has achieved what he has with a combination of hard graft and talent.

He is a consummate professional and the personification of Olympian (as all of those competing in the 'ammature' sports are). You just have to take your hat off to their commitment and drive.
