Rubbish. He went out of his way to be a t w a t. But Hazard is a bigger one. Why didn't Hazard run and push off the player slowly meandering off the pitch when Chelski made a substitution to waste time against Arsenal on Saturday? Oh yes, Chelski were winning and wasting time weren't they. If you want to see time wasting, watch Cardiff, the whole 90 minutes is a waste of time.
